1. Refund Eligibility
a. Shared Hosting and VPS Hosting:
- If server is not reachable and our tech support confirm with your team if it is not reachable then we will refund your money.
- No Refund after payment if all service in running stage.
b. Dedicated Servers:
- If server is not reachable and our tech support confirm with your team if it is not reachable then we will refund your money.
- No Refund after payment if all service in running stage.
2. Conditions for Refund
a. Unused Services: No refund
b. Request Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within the eligible refund period. You can reach out to us via sales@odoohosting.in
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Process
a. Shared Hosting and VPS Hosting:
- To cancel your hosting subscription, please confirm before your payment cycle of 1st of each month.
b. Dedicated Servers:
- To cancel your dedicated server subscription, please contact our customer support team via sales@odoohosting.in
4. Suspension and Termination
Suspension only happen when company cross 7 days grace period of payment cycle. We share all the backups and snapshots before the warning of Termination. We can expand the termination based on customer communication.
